MANILA – This year’s Road to ULTRA Philippines on Friday has been moved to a new venue after forecasters warn of possible heavy rains in Metro Manila due to Tropical Depression “Maring.”
Originally set for the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, the dance music festival will now be held indoors at the Mall of Asia Arena.

All previously purchased general admission and VIP tickets will be honored, organizers assured.
They added that all ticket-holders will be accommodated at the VIP standing section located at the floor area of the new venue, except for those with complimentary general admission tickets.
Those holding the latter will be placed at the Lower Box area of the Mall of Asia Arena.
The announcement came hours after Tropical Depression “Maring” made landfall in Quezon, dumping heavy rains in several parts of the country, including Metro Manila.
On Tuesday, flooding hit some of the capital’s roads, leading to the suspension of classes and work in government offices. A storm signal has been raised in Metro Manila and 12 other areas.
The 2017 Road to Ultra Philippines music festival is headlined by world-famous DJs such as Hardwell and Zedd.
